Jaxson Guarding His DIRT Subscription
Not alot has been going on in the world of MTB with the West Coast race season over, theres not alot to report on apart from weekend riding and random shit from around town. We all hit up Dwelli on the weekend just gone, just the usual runs at Toms Crossing which is still one of the best and is getting rougher and rougher as time goes by but I think the rougher the better. Benny in his spare time has been talking deals with the big boys but I wont let any secrets out to early, he has also done a heap of track maintainance at Toms especially on the old State track, you know the one with the 3 steps near the end, well he has fixed that up nicely with a little cement work in the top rock gardens and a touch up here and there. I could almost say that this track is better than the last State round track that we have all been riding so make sure you ride it before they log it! I guess everyone is getting keen for the National champs in Canberra? I know Iam, theres about 15 Peel crew going over and probably 30 or more other Westies on there way in a few weeks time. We are going to stay for another week after the race and hit up Thredbo and Buller and hopefully squeeze in a Race at Buller which was postponed until the 4th of Feb if it still happens.
Something that has happened to me which I havent even told all the boys was a little mishap on the treddly resulting in a small amount of ballbag damage and a day visit to my friends at Hollywood Hospital. MMM! what basically happened was my Jatz Crackers came into contact with the top tube on the V10 and what I thought was a bruise turned into a little bit of internal bleeding which needed some medical attention. So what they did was cut a couple of little holes beside my jewels and in they went with the tools a couple of snips and ties and a few stitches later and its like brand new, just dont cough he said! I didnt believe him but I soon found out why because it fucken hurts like hell sought of like someone giving you a nice crisp flick fair in the goolies, anyways here are some pics of my visit enjoy.
